I’m Eloise — wife, mom of two, creative, planner, organiser, outdoor lover and the person who genuinely enjoys making things look good and work properly.

Ella Creative Lab started from something I know first-hand: starting and running a small business can be exciting, overwhelming and expensive — sometimes all before breakfast!

I’ve had my own small business, so I understand the juggling act. You’re trying to look professional, attract customers, keep up with social media, figure out Facebook and Instagram, understand advertising, update your website… all while actually running your business.

And sometimes you just need someone to say:

“Don’t worry. We’ll figure it out.”

That’s where I come in.

Creative ideas. Practical solutions. Fair prices.

I created Ella Creative Lab to help small businesses and startups build a professional digital presence without needing a massive agency budget.

And there’s a personal reason why affordability matters so much to me.

I genuinely want to see people succeed.

I know that many small-business owners have amazing ideas, incredible products and the determination to make it work — but they don’t always have a big budget to invest in branding, websites, social media and advertising.

I don’t want a limited budget to mean a business has to look unprofessional or miss out on opportunities.

That’s why I aim to offer professional, practical and affordable solutions that meet businesses where they are.

Instead of having to find one person for your branding, another for social media, someone else for Meta setup and then trying to understand your analytics yourself, I bring these pieces together.

A little bit about me…

I’m naturally creative and detail-oriented, but I’m also a planner and organiser. I love taking a messy collection of ideas and turning it into something that makes sense.

I’m curious by nature, which means I’m always learning, exploring new tools and asking, “But what if we tried this?”

I love design, photography, the outdoors, beautiful things and finding creative solutions to everyday problems.

And because I’ve been on the small-business side myself, I know that every rand matters.
